This is a structured group learning and integration process — not therapy or clinical treatment .

FINAL NOTE :  this is a psychically safe and fiercely protected container in which we practice the art of witnessing and honor our own envy and tendencies toward competition / social comparison and judgment to inform us of the places within ourselves  that need a lil extra love 🖤 

We never force intimacy but instead hold space for one another with compassion [vs projection and/or rescuing] .  We intentionally cultivate presence and do not assume the lived experience of other women ....

What This Is Not

HΔUS of ERØS is not  psychotherapy, group counseling or medical / mental health treatment .

It is not group sexual practice, partnered erotic work or live sexual interaction of any kind as our aim is self-possessed eroticism [ ... with which you can do whatever TF you want outside of our gatherings ... 😉]

This container is educational and experiential in nature — focused exclusively on cultivating sensuality, pleasure, erotic intelligence, creativity, relational awareness / assertiveness, personal insight and embodied self-governance ❤️‍🔥
